CULINARY CLASS
The BWA sponsors Japanese Culinary Classes that meets the second Tuesday of the month* in the Temple Annex classroom kitchen at 7 pm. This is a hands-on class, led by Mrs. Hitomi Hashimoto, our cooking instructor. Mrs. Hashimoto generally presents 2 to 3 recipes in both basic form and suggested variations at each class. At the conclusion of the class everyone gets to enjoy their creations together. It's a fun way to learn to prepare Japanese cuisine. Even if you think you know how to prepare basic Japanese foods, come and learn new twists and preparation tips. Donation is $15. RSVP is required. Please RSVP by using the form below or responding directly to Yukie Okazaki (626) 286-0788 or Misa Morihiro (626) 398-9987 by the day before the class.
