Mochi Making at PBT on December 27, 2025
We had a beautiful sunny day to make mochi with about 60-people! Keiro Grant helped purchase mochi cutter and mochi-kome and other ingredients. We also had June Chin and Virginia Ishida bring their mochi cookers too. So we made mochi all morning!
